Restaurant "Chez Yoshi"
The French restaurant "Brasserie et Salon de Te Chee Yoshi" (commonly known as Chee Yoshi) is attached to the Koshi no Kuni Museum of Literature.
You can enjoy authentic French cuisine that fully incorporates the charm of Toyama, using ingredients from Toyama, which is blessed with the fruits of the sea and mountains, and tableware made by companies and artists in the prefecture.
Dinner time requires a reservation by the day before.
It is recommended that you make a reservation before coming, as it is often fully booked during lunch time.
